Terms and Conditions
Placing an Order
When you place an order to purchase a product from Nardi Appliances, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, for which we thank you, and which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've despatched that product to you. Any products on the same order, which we have not confirmed in our e-mail confirmation to have been dispatched, do not form part of that contract.
For your protection, a contract will not be made if there is any legal reason why this is not possible e.g. attempted fraud, minimum age etc. Also, for your further protection, the information you provide will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks.
Our prices are subject to change but if that does happen you will be given the opportunity to accept or request cancellation of your order.
All goods and services are subject to availability.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
If the goods you have ordered are not available from stock we will contact you by email within 7 days and you will have the option to either wait until the goods are available from stock or cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation & Returns Policy.
Age of Consent
When placing an order you are declaring that you are the appropriate legal age to purchase the item. If it is found that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we reserve the right to terminate all account facilities immediately, without notice, and we will not be obliged to complete the order.
Customer Responsibility
Before you place your order please notify Nardi Appliances of any special delivery instructions for example 2nd floor flat or storage request.
On delivery of your product please inspect it for damage and notify Nardi Appliances immediately upon delivery. Also inform the delivery driver of said damage and mark it on the delivery notification accordingly. We can only accept responsibility for damage if notified at time of delivery.
Delivery
Please note delivery is mainland UK only. Delivery outside of the UK Mainland is by separate negotiation.
We aim to deliver your purchase within 7 working days from confirmation of acceptance of order subject to availability and unless otherwise stated by our customer service team. The delivery charge you have paid is subsidized, please make sure that you are available on the day arranged for delivery. If no one is available to accept delivery when the carriers call, redelivery will be charged at the full amount.
All products offered are subject to availability. If the product you have ordered is not available from stock, you will be contacted by email or telephone, if you have entered the relevant details, and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available or to cancel your order. A comparable product may be substituted in the event of a product being unavailable but only with the customers full agreement.
Damaged on Delivery
Very rarely do we deliver damaged goods – however due to the nature of large kitchen appliances sometimes an odd item will get damaged. Please ensure you inspect your product while the delivery driver is in your home, this makes the necessary action on this product a lot easier for you. If you are not ready to unpack your product at the time of delivery we strongly recommend that your product is unpacked, inspected then re-packed.We will only accept responsibility for damage if notified at time of delivery.
Prices and Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated. Delivery charge is not included in the price. Please see delivery for charges. Prices quoted are correct at time of entering information. We reserve the right to change prices and specification of any item on the Web site at our discretion without prior notice or to withdraw any items at any time. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any items from the Web site or refusing to process an order. However, this will not affect any orders that have been accepted and therefore dispatched.
Payment can be made on the web site by Mastercard, Visa credit card, Switch or Delta debit card. If however, you would prefer to pay by any other method please contact Nardi Appliances either by email on sales@nardi-appliances.comor by telephone on 01246 859462.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the refusal. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period. The term 'normal price' is used to describe the retail-selling price of a product within a High St store.
All customers must reside in mainland UK, customers outside the UK Mainland must contact us prior to placing an order.
All purchases will be limited to 5 items per customer in any 24 hour period.
Product Guarantee
The majority of products are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months. In the unlikely event of a fault occurring the following is applicable;

Please note all returned products are checked for a valid fault. In the event of the reported fault not being found a full refund will not be processed.
In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud.
Credit/debit card details are encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. We accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, for example, 3.0 version or higher of Explorer and versions 3.02 or higher of Netscape. This means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. Your complete credit card number is transferred to this secure machine across a proprietary one-way interface. This computer is not accessible by network or modem and the number is not stored anywhere else.
From time to time a notice may appear on your screen alerting you to the fact that you are moving from a secure server to one which is not secure. Do not be alarmed by this. The secure part is where we take personal details or your credit card details from you and is covered by our security guarantee.
Cancellation and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. The refund amount does not include the delivery charge. However the following points must be observed:
Items must be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging, along with the receipt or other valid proof of purchase.
To return the item please contact us by email at sales@nardi-appliances.comquoting your order number.
Please note that the manufacturer endeavours to offer a free repair service for all products that develop a fault, not caused by accident, misuse or neglect, within the manufacturers guarantee period.
In the event that the goods have already been despatched at the date of receipt of your cancellation of the order you must return the goods to us and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the goods within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. If you do not return the goods within 21 days of your cancellation, we will make a charge in respect of the cost of recovering the goods. Please note that when purchasing a product the delivery charge is subsidized, the full cost of returning the product will be charged. If you do not return the goods or fail to make them available for collection within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on the web site. This does not affect your statutory rights.
As we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods we recommend that you obtain proof of posting. Please note that all goods returned must be in their original packaging and with all seals in tact.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Disclosure of Information: Data Protection
The information on the form you submit will be held and used by Nardi Appliances in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act for the purpose of order processing, account administration, statistical analysis, business analysis. If you would like to receive details of products and offers that may be of interest to you please indicate this by checking the box during the payment process, you may be contacted by either via e-mail, letter, telephone or other reasonable means of communications.
The information contained in the above terms and conditions is complete at time of publishing. Nardi Appliances reserve the right to amend at their discretion and without prior notice.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights protect all text and graphics in, and the design of, this Web site. Permission is granted to users of this site to electronically copy and to print in hard copy portions of the Web site for the sole purpose of using this Web site as a shopping resource. Any other use or copying of the material on this Web site is strictly prohibited.

Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions of Use shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. If any of these Product Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
